1999-present - Ling’s Weddings & Photography Studio - Oakland
Title: Graphic Director- Webmaster
Duties: In charge of Website development including, design, photographs, maintenance, admin. My duties also included application of Photoshop touch up requirements needed from photo-shoots, such as color & blemish corrections. Prepare graphic ads for press-ready condition and assist as on-site backup photographer.
2007-2008 - Aplus Events - Vallejo

Duties: In charge of audio and visual equipment for hotel events and conferences, including stage layout and design. These duties included computer setup on location and interoffice network, internet and intranet. In charge of purchases for multi-media, graphic, and computer needs. Design and layout of PowerPoint presentations for national educational conferences. In charge of on-location photography for conferences. Responible for design, retouched and did layout of photographic communications. Organized Website updates and managed in-house intarnet and phone system. Located and contracted with outside venders and subcontractors.
1999--2007 - IT/Shaw Environmental & Infrastructure - Concord
Title: Senior Creative Designer
In charge of design and art work for Proposal Department, Military Privatization Divisions, and in-house marketing for seven West Coast offices. Duties included designing of flow charts, proposal covers, organizational charts, brochures, posters, trade show boards, maps, signs, and PowerPoint presentations while maintaining company branding identity. I ensured that all materials were appropriately branded, such as logos, fonts and colors. Full art and photo support for engineers and marketing department for the development of commercial and federal ventures which included over 300 in-house employees plus nationwide and international locations. Provided backup and troubleshooting support for reproduction room, bindery, shipping, and digital color copier operation. Interfaced with vendors, compared and analyzed bids for the production of off-site printing jobs. I developed from design-to-print complete materials using existing and new art, text, and corporate graphics. Developed photography shoots for job sites with use of film and digital cameras for use in company data base..
1994-1999 - Altaprint Digital Design and Copy Center - Walnut Creek
Title: Graphic Department, Manager/Lead Designer
Duties: Lead Designer and Department Manager local design center which handled corporate marketing materials for small to large companies, such as John Muir Hospital, and Yardbirds. Supervised 3 designers and handled client contact on job orders. Handled designing and layout of Brochures, Newsletters, Annual Reports, Business Cards, and other marketing materials for output on four color press, digital printer and/or oversized printer. Maintained Mac & PC computer network, company website and branding design. Maintained color copiers, printers, scanner. Responsible for managing the work flow of design and production jobs for timely completion.
